January's challenge will be going gluten free. I have a few friends who are gluten intolerant and I suspect that my mother is as well. I am hoping that by going GF I will be able to help her find out if this is the solution to her extreme stomach sensitivity. So dear mother, this month is dedicated to you.
I have two other lovely ladies who have vowed to go GF with me Kristen; aka K10, Alaskan Goddess, Victoria Secret Buff and Julie; aka Jewels, Runner Supreme, Supermom. I'll let them introduce themselves and their reasons for joining the challenge in upcoming posts.
